At your first consultation a short, relevant health summary will be taken (which if you prefer may partly take place on the telephone) and the suitability of Mirilight will be confirmed. 

You will then be asked to remove your shoes, any buckles and large metal jewellery prior to reclining comfortably on a couch on the Mirilight bed. You will be covered according to your preferences and left to enjoy the experience with our staff ready to return from an adjacent area should you need them.
